I called to get a quote, very poor service

Horrible, the lady who attends does not even know how to make a key copy, she made a copy of 1 key for me, the copy did not work, I went back there 3 times for her to fix it, she couldn't do it, I lost my money and had to go to another locksmith to make the darn copy.
